Beautiful Weather

It was wonderful to wake up this morning and see how beautiful the weather outside was! My husband and I got up and went grocery shoppin and then came home and did yard work in the back yard! We played with the puppies and went to my in-laws to eat lunch and then we decided to go to Point Mallard and walk all of the dogs. I can't wait until I can get my flowers planted and the back porch done!!

We are remodeling our house this weekend and so far its been a booger! I almost have the upstairs bathroom finished and then we have to do the down stairs bathroom! gotta get off of here so I can finish but here are some pics to show the progress.

So I haven't posted any thing in a long time! Lets see a few things have happened since the last time I posted. For one we did go to Talladega and it was AWESOME but so totally miserable too! It rained almost the whole entire time and it was freezing! Oh and on top of that I was sick and our tent got flooded from all the rain! Good times good times! Well Jr didn't win but it was still a good experience!
Oh I started working at the round bank and believe me that was a change! I'm still not quite used to talking to people face to face. The first day I was there I was trying to reach for a deposit slip but was so nervous I grabbed the womans purse instead! I like it though its been fun while it lasted. I'm starting a new job in February. I get my own desk computer and everything and it will be a nice change cause the only people I have to deal with will be over the phone!
Oh how about that Tide!!! Heck Yeah! SEC Champs baby! So excited that we beat the Gators and moved on to the National Championship!!!! Mark Ingram For Heisman!!!

Big Weekend Comin Up!

Well We are headin down to Talladega this coming friday for the race and I think we are goin to have so much fun! We will stay until sunday night in the infield with our friends Billy, Diana, Sherry, and Josh and all of us girls are goin to dress up for halloween!!! Diana is gonna be an eskimo I'm gonna be either Marie Antoinette or a dark fairy and I think sherry is goin to be a cowgirl (go figure) lol! We tried to get joey to dress up but he wont so he is kinda bein a sore sport. But I will post pictures and stuff when we get back.

I woke up this morning at 5 and got up to take my shower and get some laundry done before getting ready for work. My husband was pleasantly surprised cause he is so used to me sayin "shut the door!" or "turn the light off!" instead I came down stairs and had breakfast with him and spent some time talkin before he left to go to work. It was great but now I'm feeling like it was a mistake to get up! I know I'm gonna be a zombie by lunch time! I don't think I will ever do this again!

Tennessee vs UCLA

Ok so I'm an Alabama fan, ROLL TIDE ROLL, and I'm married to a Tennessee fan. Yeah go figure right haha. We had the opportunity to go to a TN game at Knoxville so we took it. We left on a Friday night and arrived in Chattanooga TN around 11 o'clock that same night and stayed in a wonderful hotel that had a king size bed (hallelujah!) and had a restful night before waking up way too early the next morning to head to the stadium in Knoxville. We got to the stadium around nine that morning and the game didn't start until four that afternoon so we had a lot of time to kill. Now my husband is a TN nut so of course we had to go to all of the Vols attractions while there and trust me it was a lot. They had an awesome food court and a bookstore that had every Vols item imaginable clothing, sun glasses, anything you name, it was there! Yes even underwear lol. By the time we were through with all of that it was time for the Vol Walk which is where all the Vol fans line up on a street and the team walks down through the line and the crowd can touch them and take pics and everything and to be honest it was a blast! After that we head into the stadium and get ready for the game. The band comes out onto the field and does an awesome job of entertaining the crowd before the team comes out to deafening cheers of go Vols and of course their anthem Rocky Top! The crowd was huge and everyone there with the exception of just a few specks of blue were Vol fans. The game was totally awesome even though they lost by 4 points and the atmosphere was tinged with excitement while they tried to get in a touchdown before the time ran out on the clock. It may have been a loss but it was one of the most exciting things I have done in a while and then as my husband says there is always next week.
